Nano profilometer

The SSP optical profilometer is a 3D, non-contact profilometer designed with Chromatic Confocal technology, which uses wavelengths of light to accurately determine physical height. The Optical Profilers offers include compact, stand-alone and portable profilometer models. High-speed sensors are available to scan large surface at high accuracy with a single profilometer scan, a wide range of measurements can be obtained such as 3D waviness, roughness, step height and/or film thickness to advanced fractal analysis and microstructure/particle characterization. There are also advantages associated with optical profilometry such as high vertical resolution and convenient operation. A big advantage of this method is that it is a non-contact technique and hence, the instrument and samples cannot be damaged by surface wear or careless operators

Phylabs Profilometry Lab Services offer surface profiling capabilities to measure surface roughness, finish, profile, texture and more.  Our laboratory services are performed using Chromatic Confocal technology using non-contact profilometers. Chromatic Confocal technology uses wavelengths of light that can accurately determine physical height to measure surface texture and its features. Our technology enables measurements of samples in seconds, regardless of geometric complexity, size or material type: transparent and opaque, low to high reflectivity, smooth to rough texture, and step heights from nanometers to millimeters all without scratching or damaging the sample. Phylabs has been redefining international standards in quality control and materials engineering. This unmatched in-depth experience we have acquired throughout all industries and applications is now available to you in the form of lab testing services and personal consultations
