Fath Noor Mihan, a knowledge-based company, has equipped its manual linear translation stage with a piezoelectric module developed and manufactured in-house. This piezoelectric nano-positioner provides a 20 µm travel range with a positioning resolution of 1 nm. The manual stage can first be used for coarse positioning with micrometer-level precision, after which the piezoelectric module enables fine position adjustment with nanometer-level precision down to 1 nm.
